The first and only DAWC cookbook was published in 1992. It was a huge success and continues to be widely used by the community.
This year, the DAWC has made it a priority to bring out a new, updated edition of the Cookbook, with the hope to:

Increase the amount and variety of recipes available to expats and locals living and working in Bangladesh. |
| 2. |
Provide a source of fund raising for the charitable projects which DAWC supports. |
| 3. |
Provide practical and safe food handling, preparation and marketing information for both expats and locals. |
